The photo on the mug is clear and good. I love that the photo and message are on both sides. The mug is a good size. My one problem -- and it is a problem -- is there is a flaw in the making of the mug. There is a thin groove about an inch long in the mug. It stands out because it's not black and of course, you can feel the groove also. I debated about returning the mug but it was too much of a hassle. I just ignore the flaw.awesome coffee mug. especially during the holiday season. I enjoy putting my mouth on stevie every morningGot this for my son for xmas.
